Our Exchange Program Advisor (EPA) supports the students with the choice of a rewarding exchange program that will be equally challenging and of immense benefit to participants. At WVU, we structure this program into meeting the long-term needs of the students without inhibitions.

Several of the existing exchange programs are open to all categories of students while there are restrictions in some others, especially due to the large numbers of intending participants and non-commensurate room for admittance and in other cases of language proficiency for course delivery. Business, Engineering, Agriculture and Natural Resources, and Journalism are some of those disciplines with such restrictions while there is much room for the sciences.
Interested students are expected to apply for the program. Applications are evaluated after the closing date and successful applicants are subsequently nominated. The WVU facilitates the convenient travels and stays of the students with our partner universities.

Exchange programs have identifiable benefits:

  • The student gets to see other parts of the world, in a tourist fashion, while studying. It is often and always an opportunity to fulfil age-long dreams.
  • New things get accustomed to while myths are demystified! New languages and culture, menu, mode of dressing, etc.
  • New friends and future business associates are made and identified.
  • Potentials for newer things are discovered and revealed for future economic benefits.
  • Better perspectives are derived from diverse options at your disposal.
  • Importantly, you also get credit towards obtaining your degree.
